QUICK Q&A WITH AMANDA

How long have you been with Di Bruno Bros.? Two-and-a-half years. What is your favorite thing about working with Di Bruno Bros.? I spend all day with a fantastic team, eating delicious food, and introducing our customers to Di Bruno Brother's. What's not to love? When you’re not busy making sure Di Bruno Bros. products are flying off the shelves, what do you spend your time doing? It's spring, so I'm gardening like crazy. I spend as much time cooking as possible (I tend to take work home with me), and love to travel and spend time with my friends, family, and Labrador Retriever. I'm a simple gal. Favorite cheese/cheese pairing/Di Bruno Bros. snack you just can’t live without? Picking just one is like choosing a favorite child—impossible! I do snack a little too frequently on Black Lava Cashews... Best memory of your Di Bruno’s Tenure? Attending the American Cheese Society conference in Madison, Wisconsin and taking the Certified Cheese Professional Exam last summer is something I will never forget. The last-minute study sessions in the hotel with my co-workers, the celebratory cocktail afterwards, and visiting Uplands Cheese Company (the cheesemakers that make the American heavyweight-style Pleasant Ridge Reserve) was the experience of a lifetime!
