Great product but TERRIBLE UPS SHIPPING

All of the ice gel packs were totally melted
I bought 6 of these and I’m a little leery about using them

Great product but UPS dropped the ball & my order arrived warm & the gel packs were totally melted …. Really bummed
We have tried this spread from other sources, but this is the very best.
Becoming hard to find these days and one of my staples in each order.
Guys are awesome
I love the product and when it is not available locally I order direct. The issue I have is it took 2 weeks to get the product and it was shipped without anything to keep it cool. It may be cold up North but here in South Florida it is very warm. The spread packages do not show any signs of melting but I am a little wary. This is the first time that the product was shipped this way.

This spread is very fresh and flavorful. The cheddar and horseradish is blended well and not too hot. Neither flavor overpowers the other.
Did not taste the smokey bacon.
This is a very good horseradish cheddar cheese spread, if you like horseradish, you will like this.
