• Lancaster Cheddar –  Mild in flavor and smooth in texture, with subtle grassy notes from the great raw milk. Tastes like Fontina that was made in Pennsylvania as opposed to Italy. Easy melting, and easy going, enjoy with a Pilsner or American Lager.
