    Wow! This gives the perfect sour/tart addition I never knew a proper cheese board needed! I love fig jams, but depending on the brand, they can sometimes be too sweet. This blood orange & grappa jam is a game changer & pairs very nicely with the Pantaleo sardo I also picked up from DiBruno.

    For the topping I mix a little jam with ricotta, chopped walnuts, lemon zest and dried thyme. Spread this mixture on the parbaked crust to make a thin coating. Bake for a few minutes. Add serrano ham and burrata. Finish baking. Add a few small dollops of the jam, fresh herbs and serve.

    I was introduced to this jam on my first trip to Dibrunos. It has citrusy notes, and you can smell the grappa but it isn't overly powerful on the tongue. I paired with L'amuse signature Gouda, and it was the most perfect pairing. I will continue to keep my fridge and pantry stocked with both of these items.

    We are always looking for new spreads for cheeses, and this one is a keeper. Nice balance of flavors and goes well with many of our cheeses. Particularly nice with creamy blue.
