 Made from Grade A cow’s milk and carefully sourced from Vermont, Calabro’s ricotta is at the top of its game. Delicate, fluffy, with a smooth creaminess, it’s as tasty on its own as it is layered in pasta dishes or wrapped inside a cannoli. 

The Story

For the better part of a century, Calabro Cheese has been a leader in creating artisanal Italian cheeses in the United States. Using New England farm-fresh milk, each cheese is rBST-free, gluten-free, and Kosher Certified. 

Usage Tips

Let your creativity go wild. Layer into a lasagna with mozzarella and parmesan. Whip with confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract for a sweet cannoli filling.

    This is the best ricotta I’ve ever tasted (even if counting what I got in Italy, which is a close second). It’s nothing like what you get in the grocery store. So creamy, rich, and delicious!

    Dreamy, fresh and simply delicious. Product came cold and well packed. Yes, shipping was expensive, but I can't get fresh ricotta where I live and it was worth every cent.

    Usually I make my own ricotta but with the busy holidays and working extra hours I decided to purchase it. It was the best cheese I've had and I have purchased it from two local Italian shops in the past. It's well worth every penny!
