This is by far my favorite cheese. It is delicious! I got into cheeses when I lived in Greenwich CT and lived down the street from Mario Batagli's Tarry Market. Every week we would go and sample cheese. This was by far my favorite. The only thing that came close was a hard cheese, called Midnight Moon. Both are fantastic!
