The Flavor Experience
Treat yourself right with this triple crème, a divine blend of salty and sweet. The whipped, silky texture is sure to lure you in for seconds (and thirds), and the tingly salt-and-butter paste will dance around on your palate. Delice de Bourgogne is the consummate symbol of luxury.
Delice de Bourgogne is the hallmark of triple cremes. This style of bloomy-rinds relies on the addition of cream to the curdled milk, because enough just isn’t enough. Synonymous with our image of French cheese, and widely popular in the United States, triple cremes gained their status in our country, cheeseshop, and hearts, when francophilia swept the nation in the 1970s.
Amongst our most popular of pairings, Delice de Bourgogne with Amarena Cherries and Cinnful Cocoa Pecans has the capacity to make ice cream sundaes obsolete. In fact, in general, this cheese loves bright fruit and chocolate. Sparkling wines adore this Delice de Bourgogne, cutting through the butter qualities and enhancing the element of silky luxury. A rich, chocolatey dark beer does the trick, too. Thinking something more savory (or more morning)? This tangy triple crème replaces cream cheese or crème fraiche on a lox platter. We recommend River and Glen Norwegian Smoked Salmon and Crispy Capers.

This is by far my favorite cheese. It is delicious! I got into cheeses when I lived in Greenwich CT and lived down the street from Mario Batagli's Tarry Market. Every week we would go and sample cheese. This was by far my favorite. The only thing that came close was a hard cheese, called Midnight Moon. Both are fantastic!
A thrill to enjoy

This is by far the best triple-crème brie I've ever had. Well worth trying.
