The pretzels were good but even after paying expedited shipping I been if they were fresher. They were on the dry side of fresh, so not so good cold, but we're excellent when warmed in the oven.

Eh! Not a “real” Philly pretzel!
I ordered these weeks in advance and they still didn’t come on time because y’all had a problem with fed ex. We never received the refund the rep promised and the lateness totally ruined our daughter’s party.
I use to visit my grandparents in Philly and always looked forward to getting a pretzel as much as a cheesesteak. These pretzels do not live up to the hype. They were dry, stale and had difficulty adhering salt. Would not buy again.
The Philly Pretzels are great. They remind me of the pretzels I used to have with my lunch everyday when I worked in Philadelphia years ago.
These are the original Philly Pretzels & the best! So fresh - would highly recommend.
The order arrived on time and was accurate. The pretzels were packaged nicely, still soft in the middle. They tasted great once warmed in the oven. Still have yet to see how well they hold up in the freezer & how well they taste after going from freezer to oven.

Ok I had to try these, they are good but I’m still a NY,NJ pretzel guy. Still , these have a good flavor and if I can’t get the NY ones these fill that void nicely
