Gorgonzola is made in a two-day process. Curds from the first day’s milking are swept to the sides of the form, creating a bowl to accept the curds from the second day’s make. Back in the '40s and '50s, it was not uncommon to see our founder, Danny Di Bruno, with a giant spoon in hand behind the counter, scooping out our spreads onto wax paper for customers in our original Italian Market shop.
Hopping onto the buffalo bandwagon is a cinch with Gorgonzola Cheese Spread. Schmeared onto flatbreads or toasted hoagie rolls, you’re ready to receive a crispy chicken cutlet dressed in Blis Blast Hot Sauce, but a BLT handles this addition just as well, too. Don’t underestimate the timeless crudité. A platter of celery sticks is easily rejuvenated when Brooklyn Brine Chipotle Carrots, Crisp and Co. Marinated Mushrooms, and bright-and-shiny Peppadews congregate around a mound of this cheese spread.

I have used Di Bruno spreads for a number of years - they are absolutely the best. The Gorgonzola, for those who love and appreciate blue vein cheeses, is piquant and wonderful. I spread it on bagels which I then briefly "toast" in my toaster oven. It could be used on celery sticks, or any number of other ways to serve. Can't go wrong here!

I love the taste & texture. It's not wimpy like most dips nor overpowering. I use it as a dip for chips, as a spread on a bagel, & as an ingredient in recipes.
I buy it out at my supermarket, then buy it here online. I'm averaging about 1 container a day. IT'S . THAT . GOOD !!!
Excellent cheese spread, especially with olive oil crostini
This stuff is absolutely ADDICTIVE! If you are a fan of cheese spreads, it doesn't get any better than this. It is smooth, with just the right amount of tang, and is good on just about any kind of cracker, breadstick, toast, etc. I've even smeared some on steak and it was to-die-for. This has been a staple in our fridge and will continue to be as long as Di Bruno's makes it! Buy a couple because you will go through it like buttah!
Had this with some crackers and fig preserves and it was wonderful.
