This collection of masterful cheeses from Holland brings together a cow, a sheep and a goat version of everyone's favorite Dutch cheese - Gouda.
 
Includes: 
  • L'Amuse Signature Gouda (1/2 lb) – An aged gouda that tastes of sweet caramel layered with toasted nuttiness. Its firm-but-creamy paste is spotted with casein crunch. L'Amuse Signature is the reigning queen of aged Gouda, to which all others simply bow. 

  • Brabander Goat Gouda (1/2 lb) – Sweet and nutty flavors dominate up front, but are braced with a pleasant savory finish.  This Dutch treat is texturally dense, smooth and rich, not unlike fudge.

  • Ewephoria Sheep Gouda (1/2 lb) – This gouda is the type of cheese you’ll keep eating until it’s gone. Made from Dutch sheep’s milk, this smooth operator is toothsome and nutty without hinging on sweet. Overtones of brown butter make it the type of cheese you'll want to slice and snack on all afternoon!
