Outstanding quality... weight was within quoted...quick turnaround... have searched for a couple yrs for a good quality imported aged Provelone. My only issue...cheese $39.99 for 2ltr... however after the additional costs...$54. Have to admit...it's already 1/2 gone!
I was expecting this cheese to be much sharper than what it was. I prefer the Auricchio much better for sharpness.
