The Flavor Experience
The inspiration for Prima Donna was to create a hybrid of Parmigiano Reggiano and Gouda, and they seem to have found a pretty good balance between the two.
This is essentially Gouda made with starter cultures that are typically used in northern Italy. These cultures result in a sweeter cheese than you would typically find in Holland.
Pair with most beers or red wines. We love it with Black Lava Cashews or Cinnful Cocoa Pecans.

This is the first cheese I ever tried from DiBruno's and it's been a consistent favorite of mine and my family's over the years. Excellent addition to a cheese plate, especially paired with black lava cashews or a little fig jam.
