We first purchased this cheese at a winery and my husband loved it, was ready to travel an hour back there to get more. I ordered two online, along with additional items, and he'll shortly be opening the last one! The flavor is a perfect blend, it's creamy and delicious, I'll definitely be ordering more.

bought on a whim last weekend. I did NOT share, I finished it within 4 sittings. Great on club crackers, or just off the spreader. Now to see if I can find it locally!
