Wrap lettuce leaves and slices of salami (we recommend Molineri’s Sweet Toscano or Finocchiona) around dollops of this spread for hoagie-flavored bites, or spread it right onto your hoagie-proper! The sweet notes of the wine make this especially nice to serve beside ripe pears and tart apples, or fresh figs and Concord grapes.

Got this and several other of the spreadable cheeses for my son for Fathers Day. He hasn't had a chance to try all of the 4 I sent, but he has practically finished the container, he likes it so much.
This is another one of my favorite Di Bruno Bros. cheese spread. I like to turn it into a pasta "sauce" by topping cooked pasta with some spread and adding a bit of the pasta water. Makes a quick, simple, and delicious meal. Last week I used it in a grilled cheese with slices of provolone and capicola. Best grilled cheese ever! I order this several times a month.
