Our classic line of spreads is inspired by family recipes that were once made in the Italian kitchen of Di Bruno Bros. founders Danny and Joe Di Bruno, over 50 years ago. The new spread flavors and creation process symbolize the “new era” of Di Bruno Bros., involving a team of Certified Cheese Professionals, and current, third-generation owners. The goal was to create flavors that would bring the Di Bruno Bros. mantra of “culinary pioneering” to life with flavors that are delicious, exciting, and something you wouldn’t typically expect.

Have loved Dibruno Bros items for a long time.
Have struggled to find them but found them on the website. Ordered a bunch of items cheese, crackers even some glass items. All shipped with such care. Cheese tubs were individually wrapped and in a special cooler bag with ice packs. All other items including glass and crackers all arrived perfect all into the deep woods of Maine up a mountain during some snow. Totally satisfied!!!
This was a new choice for me. I typically like things spicy. While this is not spicy I found it to be very flavorfull. I ate it on sandwiches, toasted bread, crackers, and pretzels until it was all gone.
