SEAR-IOUSLY GOOD CHEESE! THE BIG MOO is handcrafted in the rolling hills of south-central Wisconsin in the heart of cheese country. Using only the finest milk sourced from local dairy farms, they work in small batches and keep their cows happy because happy cows make the best milk. 

In Wisconsin, baked cheese, also called Juusto, is something of a local favorite. It is an old Scandinavian tradition that came to Wisconsin decades ago and keeps getting more popular as time moves on.

THE BIG MOO founders Mike and Josh know first-hand the power good food has to bring families together. They met through their kids and bonded over their love of baked cheese. Then one day, they had the cheesy idea to team up with a fourth-generation cheesemaker to share THE BIG MOO with the whole country.

Usage Tips

The Big Moo cooks up crispy on the outside, warm and oh-so incredible on the inside. Seared in a pan, tossed on the grill, or baked golden-brown in the oven, The Big Moo is sure to be the life of the party. 6-8 minutes in the pan, 7-9 minutes on the grill or 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees in the oven. Simply remove from pack, heat (no oil required), flip occasionally, and serve when golden and positively irresistible.
