Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams are slow-cured and dry-cured to let the tasty natural flavors shine as they should. Each ham is cured with salt and brown sugar, then aged nine months to one year. Made in Tennessee since 1947. This slab format is unsliced and can be frozen for storage purposes.

Usage Tips

Slice as you go - with your preferred thickness. Crisp in a pan to pair with eggs, use to top a burger, or toss with rigatoni in alfredo sauce.

All of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, re-usable ice packs.
