Each bouquet contains one stem of all-natural Cacciatore, Chorizo Rioja, Loukanika, Saucisson Sec, Salami Nola, and Saucisson D’Alsace flavors. Slow-cured, made with fresh-ground spices and an all-natural casing, each salami embodies a love for meat we can all truly appreciate. 

The Story

Elias Cairo grew up like many first-generation Greek-Americans, with a family who was passionate about doing things the ‘old-fashioned way.’ It made sense when Elias apprenticed in kitchens across Europe that he would gravitate toward the art of tradition in curing meat. When he set up his shop back in Portland, Oregon, he had a simple mission: craft with purity and patience.  

Usage Tips

Each stem brings its unique spice to the cheeseboard. Pair with soft, mild cheeses, like a smooth goat cheese spread, and a few glasses of a crisp Reisling.
