The Story
This is the stuff of Philadelphia legends! Around the same time our founders opened their South Philly cheese shop, brothers Pat and Harry Olivieri were operating a nearby hot dog stand. When Pat experimented with grilling up beef and onions and tossing them into a roll instead of the usual dog, people took notice. Cheese was added and a hero was born, crowned as the city's King of Steaks. Now you can enjoy this unparalleled delicacy no matter where you live!
How it Ships
Your cheesesteaks are assembled at Pat's, then flash frozen and shipped to your doorstep. Accompanying ice packs with thaw during transit - it just means they're doing their job! If your sandwiches arrive frozen, that overnight, then bake in 300 degree oven for 12-14 minutes until hot and crispy.

Delicious. Loaded with meat.
The sandwiches were great!!
I am from Philadelphia, and currently live in central PA. I have had many Pat's Steaks in the past, and was pleasantly surprised to see how good these tasted after being shipped via UPS. GREAT JOB!
First chance to have a cheese steak sandwich. Very tasty, great favor. I now have a place to order them from.
Sent to a dear friend in California for his birthday. He said that the packaging was wonderful yet he doubted that the sandwich could be good having been in the box for several days. After time in the oven he bit into the sandwich and he said it was as if he was standing outside of Pat's and assuming the pose so he did not drip on his shirt.
