All of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, re-usable ice packs. If you should also order dry goods, we neatly pack them around the other materials, enclosed in a sturdy, corrugated container.

It generally takes one business day to receive and process your order. Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the time in transit only. The delivery clock starts once the package is picked up by our carriers, not once you submit your order, and there are times when our fulfillment team may hold certain orders to process and ship after the weekend in order to ensure product viability.     This was a gift to my son and his family. They can’t get Philadelphia soft pretzels in Connecticut, and enjoyed making these.

    Pretzel kit great, shipping 1 star. Took over 2 weeks from order date to delivery and website gives no warning will take that long.

    so fun to do with the kids, receipe was easy.... only down side, wish we had more pretzels! abruzzio cheese spread is delicious, perfect complement to go with the warm pretzel!

    I sent this as a gift and it was a huge hit! Just fyi I did not realize that the pretzels are not premade and that they are actually sent as a mix, but the recipient said the recipe was easy to make and they were delicious!

    nice bundle, expensive, but good. Cheese was awesome.The instructions were tiny and hard to read. I actually went on youtube to get instructions.
